A large menu often looks impressive, but it can create problems:

  • slower service during busy hours

  • more cognitive load for customers and baristas

A smaller menu lets us stay precise. It keeps the experience calm, the workflow efficient, and the drinks better.


The backbone: espresso and filter

We build around two pillars:

  • espresso-based drinks for body, texture, and intensity

  • filter coffee for clarity, sweetness, and detail

Both styles highlight coffee differently. Espresso is concentrated and tactile. Filter is transparent and expressive. Having both means there’s a cup for every mood.


Where seasonal specials fit in

Seasonal specials exist to add variety without turning the menu into a puzzle. We keep them purposeful:

  • one main idea per drink
